Free Touch Ups:
All clients have a 3-day grace period after their appointment to receive a 30 min free touch up if your lashes are not to your liking for any reason.
Free touch ups will not be honored if:
1. You came late to your appointment
2. Mascara, strip lashes and/or clusters have been applied to your lashes
3. The lashes have not been cleaned since your appointment
4. You canceled your free touch up within 24 hours of the appointment in the past
5. If the Natural Lash Policy is applicable
There are no full or partial refunds on any deposits, services or courses under any circumstances. If you get an allergic reaction from lash extensions applied by Bloomed, we will remove the lashes for free and you are responsible for proceeding with the situation according to the waiver signed by you or your parent or guardian. There are no refunds on deposits, services or courses even if an allergic reaction occurs. All clients are eligible to a free patch test before getting a full set or refill done with Bloomed. If you commonly get allergic reactions or if you are concerned about getting a reaction, we recommend you do a patch test with us before scheduling your appointment for a full set or refill.
Appointment arrivals 5-15 minutes late will be charged an additional $20 late fee. Appointment arrivals 15 minutes or later will cause the appointment to be canceled and 100% of the service will be charged. The amount paid will not be applied to your next appointment. This is a strict policy as we are usually back to back with clients and can't makeup lost time during an appointment. This policy is still applicable even if you call in to let us know you will be arriving late.
50% of the scheduled service price will be charged if you reschedule your appointment with less than a 24 hours notice. The amount paid will not be applied to your next appointment. This policy is still applicable to appointments that are scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
Cancelation Policy :
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Appointments canceled 6 hours before or less will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. All canceled appointments will lose their deposit and any amount paid will not be applied to your next appointment. This policy is still applicable to appointments that are scheduled within 48 hours/6 hours of the appointment time.
No Show Policy :
Clients who no show to any appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. The amount paid will not be applied to your next appointment. Any client who is more than 15 minutes late and has not contacted by calling (786) 542-5500 is considered a no show. Any clients who no show will not be accepted back at our office.
Lash Removal Policy:
At Bloomed we don't do full sets or refills on top of foreign lashes. The only exception made for filling on top of a previous artist's work is if it was done by another Bloomed lash artist. If an appointment is scheduled and a removal is not added to the appointment but the client comes in with foreign lashes, we will have to do a removal at the beginning of the service which will cut into your lash application time. As a result, the client may not be able to be serviced for the originally requested appointment, however, the original appointment will be charged out. For example, if a mega full set was booked but the client came in with foreign lashes, we will have to do a removal at the beginning of the appointment and a volume or hybrid full set due to a shortness of time while still charging out the mega full set.
Student Model Policy:
If you are a model during a lash training, you must book a removal+full set as we will not perform a refill on your lashes even if the full set was done at our lash studio (lash removal policy will apply).
Natural Lash Policy:
Some clients have very short and curly lashes which can dramatically affect proper lash extension retention. In some cases, a Bloomed lash artist may recommend a lash lift to straighten out the client's natural lashes first before coming back in 1-2 weeks for the full set. If the client denies the artist's recommendation and wants to proceed with the full set, the Free Touch Up policy is invalid and any unusual fall out is not our responsibility. Usual refill or full set prices and regulations will be followed in this case regardless of how soon the fall out occurs.
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients. Any client who is rude or disrespectful to their lash artist or any other person at our studio will no longer be eligible for services. We will not honor the 3 day touch up policy in these cases.
