All unopened products are eligible for a full refund if the return is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Your package must be returned with information such as your name, email and the order number inside.
All tweezers are hand tested before leaving our facility and are not eligible for returns/refunds. If necessary, we will send you a replacement tweezer after we are provided with photos/videos to firstname.lastname@example.org. The accepted window of time to send photos/videos and initiate the return is 3 days from the delivery date.

Each order we receive requires processing time which is the time from when our business receives your order, to the time it is dropped off at the post office. Processing times can take up to 1-2 business days depending on how many orders are in queue to process. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. After your order is processed, it is shipped. Shipping time means the time from when USPS collects the package, to when the package arrives at your address. The shipping time is selected by you at checkout.
Once an order has left our facility to be shipped to you, we are not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or lost packages. You must contact the delivery carrier directly with any questions or concerns. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any stolen or lost packages.
