Free Touch Ups

All clients have a 3-day grace period after their appointment to receive a 30 min free touch up if your lashes are not to your liking for any reason. 

Free touch ups will not be honored if:

1. You came late to your appointment

2. Mascara, strip lashes and/or clusters have been applied to your lashes

3. The lashes have not been cleaned since your appointment

4. I refilled your lashes from another establishment

5. You have no showed or canceled your free touch up within 24 hours of the appointment in the past

Refund Policy

There are no refunds on any deposits, services or courses under any circumstances. If you get an allergic reaction from lash extensions applied by Rose Lashes, we will remove the lashes for free and you are responsible for proceeding with the situation according to the waiver signed by you or your parent or guardian at your first appointment. There are no refunds on deposits, services or courses even if an allergic reaction occurs. All clients are eligible to a free patch test before getting a full set or refill done with Rose Lashes. If you commonly get allergic reactions or if you are concerned about getting a reaction, we recommend you do a patch test with us before scheduling your appointment for a full set or refill. 

Late Policy

If you are late to your appointment, your lash tech will try their best to fill your lashes in the remaining appointment time. We will not extend our appointment to make up for the lost time. If you are running too late and decide to reschedule your appointment to give your lash tech the proper time for a fuller result, you will be charged 75% of the service price and the amount paid will not be applied to your next appointment. Please plan accordingly to make it to your appointments on time. 

Rescheduling Policy

50% of the scheduled service price will be charged if you reschedule your appointment with less than a 24 hours notice. You are able to reschedule your appointment up to three times if it is before the 24 hour mark. After the third time, you will loose your deposit and have to pay another $30 deposit to reschedule. 

Cancelation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Appointments canceled before the 48 hours notice will loose their deposit.

No Show Policy

Clients who no show to any appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Any client who is more than 15 minutes late and has not contacted via text to
